Before I can run my fingers through the grains of her sand

I need to know I’m not sitting in Deja vu,

That everything I’m feeling is a real connection between me & you…

My heart is always in it,

I can’t move blind…getting stuck,

Chasing blank missions…

My undying sensation to love

Has disoriented my intuition,

Now that my third eye is open,

I won’t move unless there’s mutual feelings…

To be my muse,

Is a gift, many wish I would chose…

I won’t fall into anymore mirages,

My soul has been floating through the intervals of time,

Stroking egos with the highs of my rhymes,

I’m in need of…real love this time…

If it’s real, I’ll invest in surfing the waves to seal the deal…

I want to lie in a solid sea of affection,

Where sandcastles become real…

In this new moment,

I have to know it’s real,

I need to hear it, feel it, touch it and taste it,

Before the depths of my love for her is revealed…

I don’t want to be buried in…I want to get to know you,
