Sulking in the glitz of me

Making you feel good between lines of unreal stages…under mocked engagement,

Excuse me for wanting to let go of hopes of a dial tone that never rang to my phone,

A union of romantic picnics of you & I alone…

Where I talk you into smiles and we watch the sunset to the glow of the moon surprise…

Excuse me for wanting you to learn me, so you could understand me

Blocking the road to confusion and assumptions

Detours of hearsay of third parties…

Excuse me for wanting to feel special

To hear you say, you wanted me next to you…

Excuse me for wanting your opinion and approval that would’ve fed my soul even in disapproval…

Excuse me for wanting you to love me like you loved the others

In broad daylight into the night making me the center of your circle…

Loving every inch of my body

Tasting the deepness of pleasure,

Sucking my treasures into euphoria…

Screaming your name in songs of rhythmic vocals…

Excuse me for expecting a real friendship instead of just saying we’re friends with no real benefits…

Excuse me for wanting things so simple…

A prize of your love at the end of a snowy road unhidden…

Giving me what I know you’re capable of…A love I’m worth having…

Love is also releasing your emotions whether good or bad you have to let it out… #excuseme 🙏🏾💪🏾💜🏳️‍🌈🥂💋
